REMOTE SALES AGREEMENT

This Remote Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been prepared in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product(s) purchased by the Buyer (“Customer”) from the website [Your Website Name / www.playhousexo.com], operated by the Seller (“Company”).

1. Parties

Buyer: [Customer information provided at checkout]

2. Subject of Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) which the Buyer orders electronically from the website of the Seller.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price (including all taxes and delivery fees) of the products are as stated on the website and confirmed by the Buyer.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment method: [Credit card, iyzico, etc.]
Delivery method: Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.
Delivery costs: Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email or contact form.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise specified.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Products prepared according to the Buyer’s special requests, personalized products, underwear, and products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene cannot be returned.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts in their residence.

8. Effectiveness

This Agreement becomes valid upon electronic confirmation by the Buyer during the order process.

Bu Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi (“Sözleşme”), 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği’ne uygun olarak hazırlanmıştır. Alıcı (“Müşteri”) tarafından [Web Siteniz / www.playhousexo.com] üzerinden sipariş edilen ürün(ler)in satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini düzenler.

2. Sözleşmenin Konusu

Bu Sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcının Satıcıya ait internet sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği ürün(ler)in satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri uyarınca tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.

3. Ürün Bilgileri

Ürünlerin türü, miktarı, marka/modeli, rengi, tüm vergiler ve teslimat ücretleri dahil satış bedeli, web sitesinde belirtilen ve Alıcı tarafından onaylanan bilgilerdir.

4. Ödeme ve Teslimat

Ödeme yöntemi: [Kredi kartı, iyzico vb.]
Teslimat şekli: Ürünler Alıcı tarafından belirtilen adrese teslim edilecektir.
Teslimat ücreti: Aksi belirtilmedikçe, kargo bedeli Alıcıya aittir.

5. Cayma Hakkı

Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin sözleşmeden cayma hakkına sahiptir.
Cayma hakkının kullanılması için Alıcının Satıcıya e-posta veya iletişim formu ile bildirim yapması gereklidir.
Ürünler kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
İade kargo bedeli aksi belirtilmedikçe Alıcıya aittir.

6. Cayma Hakkı Kullanılamayan Ürünler

Alıcının özel talepleri doğrultusunda hazırlanan ürünler, kişiselleştirilmiş ürünler, iç giyim ürünleri ve hijyen sebebiyle iadesi uygun olmayan ürünler iade edilemez.

7. Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü

İşbu Sözleşmeden doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda, Alıcı bulunduğu yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti veya Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir.

8. Yürürlük

Bu Sözleşme, Alıcının elektronik ortamda onay vermesi ile yürürlüğe girer.
