We happily accept returns, exchanges, or store credit requests within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all Sale and Sample Sale items are final sale (those magical discounts come with no take-backs).

 

Items must include all original packaging (think gift boxes, tags, and extras) and be unworn, unstained, and unaltered to qualify.

 

Made-to-order treasures have their production times listed and carry a small restocking fee if returned or exchanged. Need it sooner? Reach out to us—we love making dreams happen on time. 💌

Shipping from Istanbul, with love 

All orders are carefully packed in our studio in Istanbul and sent straight to your doorstep. We work with trusted carriers to make sure your pieces arrive safely and on time.

 

Processing time: In-stock items are prepared within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order treasures will ship once their production is complete (timelines are listed on each product page).

 

International shipping is available—delivery times and rates vary by destination. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey from Istanbul to you.
